The University of Ó£»¨µ¼º½ System Gears Up for 49 Hours of Giving

Supporters of Ó£»¨µ¼º½'s three public universities are gearing up to make a difference during the University of Ó£»¨µ¼º½'s (UA) fourth annual UA Giving Day - 49 Hours for Ó£»¨µ¼º½, set to take place at from noon, March 26 to 1 pm, March 28.  

UA Giving Day is a 49-hour online giving event that spotlights the impact of the university system and encourages philanthropic support of students, academic and training programs, and research for Ó£»¨µ¼º½. More than $800,000 in matches and challenges are awaiting activation, with potential for remarkable display impact.

This year, more than 140 passionate supporters, including alumni, community members, and Ó£»¨µ¼º½es, are offering an unprecedented amount in challenges and rewards for the University of Ó£»¨µ¼º½ Anchorage (UAA), University of Ó£»¨µ¼º½ Fairbanks (UAF), and University of Ó£»¨µ¼º½ Southeast (UAS). All gifts during the 49 hours will help unlock UA Giving Day Challenges
